Our Team

This project undertakes an in-depth examination of the critical subject concerning typhoon dynamics within the overarching context of global climate change. As students specializing in CESE, our objective is to meticulously delineate the mechanisms through which escalating sea surface temperatures and consequential atmospheric perturbations are collectively contributing to the intensification of typhoons' frequency, destructive potential, and precipitation rates.

The scope of this research encompasses the comprehensive analysis of underlying physical mechanisms, the presentation of current state-of-the-art scientific findings, and a critical discussion on the profound socio-economic impacts alongside viable mitigation and adaptation strategies pertinent to this emergent threat.
